WEICON Windscreen Adhesive | Black | 1-K adhesive and sealant for the assembly of glass and panes. APPLICATION: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be treated (recommendation: WEICON Surface Cleaner). Apply adhesive to the surface to be bonded join the two adhesive parts before the first skin has formed on the adhesive Curing speed in the first 24 h is 2-3 mm. ready! PROPERTIES: The windscreen adhesive convinces with a high adhesive force and is particularly suitable for mounting glass and panes, such as windscreen, rear window or side window. The adhesive can be used on agricultural machines such as tractors, telescopic loaders, combine harvesters or construction machines such as excavators, wheel loaders, dozers or front tippers. In addition, it can be used on industrial trucks, such as forklift trucks, tractors or low-lift trucks and in the manufacture of furniture and in gardening and landscaping. The MS polymer-based disc seal can be used on many surfaces and cures through humidity. The curing speed in the first 24 h is 2-3 mm. The adhesive is odourless, silicone-free, solvent-free and has good UV stability. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: black Working temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C Skin forming time: 25 minutes Storage stability: In unopened condition and stored at normal climate (+23 °C) the adhesive has a shelf life of 12 months.
