WEICONLOCK® AN 306-60 50 ml Retaining Cylindrical Assemblies. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 306-60 is a highly viscous, high-strength joint. The bearing adhesive is difficult to remove and is suitable for worn out bearing rings and bushes. The patented WEICON pen system allows the adhesive to be optimally dispensed. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. In the case of pressed joints and larger parts to be joined, both surfaces should always be wetted thinly and evenly. Join parts quickly. In the case of sliding seats, turn parts against each other when joining them together for optimum distribution of the adhesive. Joined parts should not be moved until they are strong enough to be held by hand. Do not pour WEICONLOCK that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: silver. Fluorescent: no. Hand strength at room temperature: 15-30 min. Final strength at room temperature: 3-6 hrs. Temperature resistance: -60 to +150 °C.
