WEICONLOCK® AN 306-10 | Retaining Cylindrical Assemblies WEICONLOCK® AN 306-10 is a medium viscosity, high strength joining compound. The adhesive is difficult to dismantle and is suitable for passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, etc.. Thanks to the dispensing tip and the patented WEICON Pen System, the adhesive can be optimally dispensed. After only a short time, it reaches hand strength and achieves the best results. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dispensing tip; avoid direct contact between dispensing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten parts. In the case of press-fit joints and larger parts to be joined, both surfaces should always be wetted thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest particles of metal will cause the adhesive to harden inside the bottle. The use of dosing equipment is therefore recommended in series production. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored in the sealed original containers at room temperature for at least 24 months. Avoid sources of heat and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
