WEICONLOCK® AN 305-18 | Flange Sealing. HIGH TEMPERATURES: Temperature adhesive for fixing and sealing surface joints. After curing, an adhesive bond is formed which is resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +200°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 305-18 is highly viscous, has high strength and cures quickly. The sealant is difficult to dismantle. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system ensure optimum dispensing of the adhesive. PROCESSING: The special adhesive heat is applied evenly with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten the parts. In case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources|direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: red.
