WEICONLOCK® AN 305-11 | Pipe and Thread Sealing. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 305-11 is highly viscous, medium strength. The sealant can be dismantled normally. Thanks to the dosing tip and the WEICON pen system, the adhesive can be optimally dosed and reaches hand strength after a short time. PROCESSING: The sealing paste is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Apply WEICONLOCK® annularly on the thread. Screw the pipe thread and tighten until the desired orientation is obtained. If used as a surface seal, apply a continuous bead on one side of the flange, join parts quickly and screw tightly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause the threadlocker to cure in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: white. Fluorescent: no. For threaded connections up to: M 80 R 3". Hand strength at room temperature: 20 - 40 min. Final strength at room temperature: 5-10 h. Temperature resistance: -60 to +150 °C.
