WEICONLOCK® AN 305-10 | Flange Sealing. WEICONLOCK® AN 305-10 adhesive is highly viscous and high-strength and is used at home and in many industrial areas. The flange seal is difficult to dismantle. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GASKET: high viscosity, high strength, fast drying, strong, temperature resistant. APPLICATION OF THE SEAL: indoors and outdoors, in household | garage | garden, automotive industry | water management | chemical industry | maritime industry. PROCESSING: Apply WEICONLOCK®evenly directly from the pen|cartridge, avoiding direct contact between the dispensing tip and metal. Apply a continuous bead to one side of the flange, join parts quickly and screw tightly together. For sealing applications (pipe fittings), apply WEICONLOCK® annularly to the thread. Screw pipe threads together and tighten to the desired alignment. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK®can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. WEICONLOCK® liquid preserves the air content in the pen. SAFETY AND HEALTH: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
