WEICONLOCK® AN 302-90 50 ml Threadlocking. APPLICATION: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts, hair giants and threads. WEICONLOCK® AN 302-90 extremely low viscosity, capillary high strength and difficult to remove. The dispensing tip and the patented WEICON pen system allow optimum dispensing of the adhesive. After only 5 - 20 minutes the metal adhesive cures at room temperature and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Then assemble and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK® annularly to the thread. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
