WEICONLOCK® AN 302-80 50 ml Pipe and Thread Sealing | for passive materials 50 ml. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 302-80 has a higher viscosity and high strength. The pipe and thread seal is difficult to dismantle. The adhesive can be used quickly without activator and is suitable for passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, etc. Due to the dosing tip and the WEICON pen system, the adhesive can be optimally dosed and reaches hand strength after only 5-10 minutes. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten the parts. In the case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, always wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
