WEICONLOCK® AN 302-77 50 ml Pipe and Thread Sealing APPLICATION: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. WEICONLOCK® AN 302-77 has a high viscosity and high strength. The pipe and thread seal can be dismantled normally and is suitable for large threaded parts and flanges. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system ensure optimum dispensing of the adhesive, which reaches hand strength after 40-60 minutes. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Apply WEICONLOCK® annularly to the thread Screw the pipe thread and tighten until the desired orientation is achieved. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
