WEICONLOCK® AN 302-72 | Locking of Threads & Stud Bolts. APPLICATION: Specially designed for economical securing, fastening, sealing and as a seal for screws, threads and stud bolts. WEICONLOCK® AN 302-72 has a higher viscosity, high strength and is difficult to remove. The dispensing tip and the patented Weicon pen system allow optimum dispensing of the adhesive. After 20-40 minutes, the metal adhesive hardens and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Then assemble and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK® ANnularly to the thread. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid.
