WEICONLOCK® AN 302-21 | Threadlocking | Vibration protection. ANAEROBIC SCREW ADHESIVE: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. The thread locker takes 10- 20 min. to cure. The result is a vibration and shock resistant adhesive joint that is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°C to +150°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 301-21 is low viscosity, low strength and cures quickly. The screw locking lacquer with vibration protection is easy to remove. The tip and the WEICON pen dosage system ensure optimum dosage of the threadlocker. Activators from WEICON can be purchased as accessories. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten the parts. Always wet the nuts and bolts thinly and evenly with the threadlocker. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing devices is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK is stored in the original, closed containers at Shelf life minimum 24 months at room temperature. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. WEICONLOCK liquid preserves the air content in the pen. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
