WEICONLOCK® AN 301-70 | Screw lock ANAEROBIC SCREW ADHESIVE: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screws, nuts and threads. The thread locker takes 5-15 minutes to harden. The result is a vibration and shock resistant adhesive joint that is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°C to +150°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 301-70 is medium viscosity, high strength and cures very quickly. The sealant with NSF approval is difficult to dismantle. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system allow optimum dosage of the threadlocker. As sealing compound| thread lock for thread connections up to M 25. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten the parts. It is best if the screws and nuts are always wetted thinly and evenly with the threadlocker paint. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the tiniest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® is stored in the original, closed containers at Shelf life minimum 24 months at room temperature. Heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
