WEICON Repair Stick Concrete APPLICATION: WEICON Repair Stick Concrete is especially suitable for quick repairs and repairs on all concrete, stone and ceramic surfaces. Fills and closes cracks and defects in masonry, stone, concrete and ceramic slabs, bricks, edgings and kerbstones, statues, tombstones and ornaments and can be used for additional fixing of dowels, screws and anchors indoors and outdoors. WEICON Repair Stick Concrete can be used in construction, gardening, landscaping and many other areas. CHARACTERISTICS: The paste-like epoxy resin (ceramic filled) has a temperature resistance of -50°C to +120°C (short: +150°C) and a working temperature of +10°C to +35°C. The curing temperature varies between +6°C and +40°C with a pot life of only 6 minutes (with 25 g. preparation and +20°C). The adhesive achieves its manual strength (35%) after 15 minutes, mechanical strength (50%) after 60 minutes and final hardness (100% strength) after 24 hours. In the case of larger batch quantities, faster curing occurs due to the typical reaction heat of epoxy resins (exothermic reaction). The compressive load corresponds to 80N|mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%. QUALITY: 100% German Quality - The WEICON Repair Stick concrete meets the highest quality requirements in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner) are a prerequisite for perfect adhesion. STORAGE: WEICON Repair Sticks can be stored for at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
