WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty | Kneadable Universal Repair Compound in Complete Package PROPERTIES: WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is paste-like (kneadable), mineral filled; temperature resistant up to +200°C, is processed in a mixing ratio of 1:1 and can be mechanically processed and painted over when cured. APPLICATION: The product is suitable for sealing line pipes and tanks, for fastening screws and hooks, for repairing and repairing castings, for reconditioning shafts, plain bearings, pumps and housings, for renewing defective threads, for producing templates and models and for repairs to aluminium, light metal and injection moulding. Epoxy resin putty can be used in mechanical engineering, in tool making, in model and mould making and in many other areas of industry. PROCESSING: Knead resin and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 until the mixture has a uniform green colour. Then press onto the clean adhesive surface. For bridging cavities, the use of glass fibre fabric is recommended. The cured material can be machined (drilled, filed, milled) and painted over without pre-treatment. STORAGE: WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty can be stored for at least 24 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
