WEICON Threadlocking Varnish PROPERTIES: The screw locking varnish is used as a removable locking device, to protect against tampering by third parties, to cover electrically conductive parts and to protect against corrosion & contact. The product has good resistance to water, petrol, diesel, mineral oil, paraffin oil and dilute acids & alkalis. It is fast drying, non-conductive & has good media resistance. APPLICATION: The screw locking varnish is indispensable for securing screw connections of all kinds, protects against tampering & unauthorised loosening of screws & connections, documents quality assurance, production control & product testing by means of a varnish seal & is used for visual inspection of connected adjusted parts. STORAGE: Screw Locking Lacquer can be stored for at least 12 months in the sealed original containers at room temperature. Avoid heat sources & direct sunlight. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets (www.WEICON.de) must be observed.
