WEICON Special Piston 38 ml transparent PE-PP 45: WEICON Special Piston is suitable for the adaptation of WEICON Easy-Mix PE-PP 45 & D 50. APPLICATION: WEICON Easy-Mix PE-PP 45 is a 2-component construction adhesive based on methyl acrylate. It allows fast, high-strength and process-safe working. The assembly adhesive is especially suitable for high-strength structural bonding of low-energy plastics such as PE, PP and TPE. Pre-treatment is not necessary, as the "primer integrated" in the adhesive activates the surfaces and enables high-strength bonds. PROCESSING: Clean and disinfect adhesive surfaces (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be processed directly from double cartridges with the supplied static mixer. Discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. Apply on one side. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
