WEICON Plast-o-Seal | Brush Can - Universal Sealant for Solids Seals APPLICATION: For sealing flat machined flanges of machines, gears and motors. Can therefore also be used as an engine sealant. Sealing compound can be used on hot and cold surfaces. For the support and optimization of old and new solid gaskets made of paper, cork, felt etc. PROPERTIES: The sealing compound is solvent-free, silicone-free, odourless, has an unlimited plasticity before and after assembly, can be easily dismantled, is non-corrosive, is run-off resistant, very good resistance to fuels, mineral oils as well as water and air, methanol and glycose mixtures, antifreeze, kerosene, fluorocarbon coolants, etc. The sealing compound is free of solvents, silicone-free, odourless, plastic before and after assembly. PROCESSING: Before use, clean and degrease surfaces (e.g. WEICON Surface Cleaner). Apply Plast-o-Seal on one side. No ventilation, immediate installation possible, immediate sealing effect. At low temperatures heat the container to room temperature before use. STORAGE: Shelf life: min. 24 months at room temperature (+20°C). SECURITY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
