WEICON Mould Release Agent Wax P 500 for porous surfaces WEICON P 500 is a wax-based release agent for epoxy resins and polyurethanes. It is especially suitable for demoulding processes of rough and|or porous surfaces. PROPERTIES OF THE RELEASE AGENT: effective - pasty | not liquid - manufactured in Germany APPLICATION OF THE RELEASE AGENT: Mould release agent for 2-component adhesive | epoxy | casting resin - suitable for many materials o metal | stainless steel | steel | stone | rubber | hard plastics | wood - in household | industry | garage: o Car | Motorcycle | Bicycle | Repairs | DYI projects | DIY. o Model making | furniture industry | tool making o assembly | disassembly | construction | reconstruction SURFACE PREPARATION: The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease (e.g. clean and degrease with WEICON Surface Cleaner). PROCESSING: Apply Mould Release Agent Wax P 500 with a wool wiper or with a spatula (we recommend WEICON Wool Wiper and WEICON Application Spatula) to the surface and, if necessary, polish evenly. For new moulds or particularly absorbent surfaces, the process should be repeated. Excess mould release agent or residues can be removed without residues using WEICON Surface Cleaner. SAFETY AND HEALTH: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
