WEICON Mould Release Agent F 1000 liquid 1 L PROPERTIES: F 1000 is a wax-based release agent for epoxy resins and polyurethanes. It is particularly suitable for demoulding processes of smooth, non-absorbent surfaces. APPLICATION: The surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease (e.g. clean and degrease with WEICON Surface Cleaner). Apply Mould Release Agent with a fibre-free cellulose cloth, lint-free paper towel, brush or WEICON Wool Wiper and allow to dry. For new component, repeat the application two to three times. After application, allow to dry for approx. 10 minutes until the surface is matt, dry and non-slip. Do not treat absorbent or porous surfaces with mould release agent. TECHNICAL DATA: Basis: wax, solvent-based Consistency: liquid Processing temperature: +15 to +25°C Application temperature: up to +70°C Colour: white, milky
