WEICON Flex 310 M Classic MS-Polymer PROPERTIES: WEICON Flex 310 M Classic has strong adhesion, can be overpainted wet-on-wet, can be sanded, has excellent ageing resistance and good UV stability. It is resistant to fresh and salt water and is silicon-, isocyanate-, halogen- and solvent-free. The product is ISEGA certified and can be used as an adhesive in food technology. APPLICATION: Flex 310 M Classic is an elastic adhesive based on MS polymer and is suitable for bonding metals, many plastics, ceramics, wood, glass and stone. The adhesive and sealant can be used in metal construction, in container and apparatus construction, in body, vehicle and container construction, in ventilation and air-conditioning technology, in the electrical industry, in yacht and boat construction and wherever silicones are not suitable. PROCESSING: Application methods: Hand pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges, compressed air gun, we recommend a version with piston rod (WEICON compressed air cartridge gun), automatic dosing systems. Joining the adhesive parts: In order to ensure optimum wetting, the adhesive parts must be joined before the first skin has formed on the adhesive (skin formation time). STORAGE: WEICON elastic adhesives and sealants have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened and in a normal climate (+23°C, 50 % relative humidity). TECHNICAL DATA: Base: 1 K. polyoxypropylene Viscosity: pasty Working temperature: +5 to +40 °C Skin formation time: 25 min. Max. Sealing joint width: 25 mm Temperature resistance: -40 to +90 short.
