WEICON Activator F 200 ml Spray | curing accelerator for WEICONLOCK types PROPERTIES: Pre-treatment with WEICON Activator F can greatly reduce the curing time. The Activator is also recommended for all passive surfaces, and in any case at low ambient temperatures (from +10°C|+50°F and below) and large gap widths. On non-metallic surfaces, the activator is the only thing that enables WEICONLOCK to cure. PROCESSING: spray WEICONLOCK Activator F on one side of the cleaned bonding surface (spray) or brush it on (liquid active ingredient in the container). For larger gap widths and|or rough, porous surfaces, application on both sides is necessary. Let Activator F flash off at room temperature (+20°C) for approx. 2 minutes. After activation the parts should be bonded promptly. Renewed soiling of the surfaces before bonding should be avoided. Do not mix activator and adhesive in liquid state. STORAGE: Activator F can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in closed original container. Keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets must be observed.
